FTA TRAINING WAS HELD IN ULAANBAATAR
In accordance with the Protocol of the 8th session of the Joint Economic and Trade Committee between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and Ministry of Economy of Turkey successfully co-organized a training themed “Free Trade Agreements and Turkey’s experiences on FTA, EU Customs Union” on 25-27 April 2018 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
In order to enhance and strengthen the capacity building on FTA negotiation skills, Turkish officials from the Ministry of Economy, shared their experiences with their Mongolian colleagues. More than 30 officers from 14 different state bodies such as MFA, Ministry of Law and Interior Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, Ministry of Road and Transport, Customs General Authority etc attended the training.
